And encourage each other to surpass oneself. All for one, one for all, so to speak.
Job requirements
We don’t have a list of specific job requirements. No list of skills and diplomas. By now, you should have a pretty good idea what it takes to work with us. To make sure: our work does include data intelligence, data science, complex algorithms and development for web and mobile.

Work on new cutting-edge projects, yes please! Do things that haven’t been done before. We’re definitely up for that. Come up with great new ideas. And find out how to make them work.We’ll support you all the way.
Working 9 to 5
‘No 9 to 5 mentality.’ We never liked that expression. It’s not how we work at Global Screen. Your work, our work matters, but so does your private life. Putting in overtime sometimes is necessary, but it’s certainly not our habit. Besides, our working hours are usually from 9.30 to 17.30 anyway.
Show yourself
Are you up for the challenge? Can you add to our collective know-how in a way we may not have considered ourselves? Then you are more than welcome to get in touch. We’ll talk business, we’ll talk technology and find out if it’s a match for you and for us. After that, we’ll talk salary and all that. Rest assured, that will not disappoint you. If you are valuable for our company, of course we’ll reward you properly.
Open positions
It should be clear by now, we don’t do ‘open positions’. But we are open to suggestions. There’s always room for new fellow workers who can add to our collective know-how. Occasionally we may ask for specific candidates. But in general, we’re more interested in people who feel addressed by our way of doing things. By the way, working freelance is certainly negotiable.
